Alila stays require a minimum of two nights to receive the preferred partner perks we add. We can also book single night stays, though the perks may not apply. We confirm the details for your dates before anything is booked.

Do I earn World of Hyatt points when I book through you?

In most cases, yes. Stays booked on our preferred partner rates at participating hotels can usually be linked to your World of Hyatt membership, so you can earn points and credit toward status, subject to World of Hyatt program terms. Eligibility can vary by hotel and rate, so we confirm this for your stay when you enquire.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can for peak seasons and holidays, when the best rooms go first. We can also help at shorter notice: send us a request and we will check what is available.
